Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bozinga specializes in custom-manufactured and private-label products.
Please review the following policy before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the products.
2. Custom Products
Products manufactured with:
Custom logos
Custom packaging
Custom artwork
Private-label branding
OEM specifications
are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or another remedy is required under applicable law.
3. Stock Products
For standard stock products, return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided:
Products remain unused
Original packaging is intact
Return is approved by Bozinga before shipment
4. Manufacturing Issues
If a manufacturing defect is identified, customers should notify Bozinga within 7 days of receiving the shipment and provide clear photographs and supporting information.
Each case will be reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
