For OEM and private label projects:
Customers are responsible for providing artwork and branding materials.
Final artwork approval must be provided before production begins.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted logos, trademarks, and designs do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
Bozinga does not claim ownership of customer-provided branding materials.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided for guidance only.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
Production schedules
Shipping carrier delays
Customs clearance
Weather conditions
Government regulations
Other factors beyond our reasonable control
Bozinga shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.
9. International Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, labeling requirements, and import restrictions in their respective countries.
